Yes, you can view your scanned mail online anytime through your secure dashboard. You will also receive instant notifications by email when new mail is available. If you’ve opted in to SMS alerts, you’ll also receive text message notifications for added convenience.

Our Virtual Address service is not a mail forwarding service. We only forward checks and debit or credit cards to a U.S. address you provide. All other mail is scanned in high-resolution color and securely uploaded to your account for easy online access. After scanning, non-forwarded mail is securely shredded to protect your privacy.

Once your mail is scanned and uploaded for you to view online, digital copies are securely stored for the entire length of your subscription. We then securely shred the physical copies using enterprise-grade shredders and disposal processes. It’s all done with your privacy in mind — and it means less paper clutter for you.

To comply with federal postal regulations, all virtual address users must complete USPS Form 1583. This form authorizes us to receive mail on your behalf and ensures your mail is handled legally and securely. Without this form, we cannot activate your mailbox. It is a required step for all customers using a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA) like ours.

To complete USPS Form 1583, you must submit two forms of identification. One must be a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport. The second can be a non-photo ID that confirms your name and address, such as a utility bill, lease agreement, insurance card, or vehicle registration. All documents must be valid and unexpired. This process is required to activate your account and remain in compliance with USPS regulations.

The mailbox state refers to the U.S. state where your virtual address will be located. You can choose any available state from the dropdown menu, and it does not need to match your current place of residence.

There is no limit to how much mail you can receive. Your account includes unlimited incoming mail and unlimited digital storage for scanned documents.

At this time, virtual addresses are for mail only. We do not accept packages or oversized deliveries.

You should list the person who will be using the virtual address and managing the account. For personal use, this is typically you as the account holder.

Your email will be used to send your order confirmation, provide updates about the setup of your virtual address, notify you when new mail has been scanned, and communicate any important information related to your account. We will not share your email or use it for unrelated purposes.

Your phone number may be used to verify your identity, provide customer support, or reach you in case of time-sensitive issues with your account. We use your number only when necessary and do not share it with third parties.
